A 3-hour rental of one of our shaded party tents with hay bale seating that can accommodate up to 60 guests located out in our fields. 15 guest minimum is required. Children 2 & under are free.
Pricing: 3-Hour Tent Rental: $200 (non-refundable)
Admission (3 years & up) Saturday & Sunday: $26 (OVER A $45.00 VALUE!) (Includes Parking, Entry, Wagon Ride, U-Pick Veggies, Barnyard Educational Exhibit, Corn Maze and a Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin - up to 20 pounds, ALL GUESTS MUST be able to carry it out on their own.)
After your deposit has been paid, you are welcome to add additional guests to your reservation.
What does it include?
A Tent Rental at Tanaka Farms includes: A shaded tent that can hold up to 60 guests and a trash can. It includes a total of 2 plastic party tables and hay bale seating for your guests. You will receive 3 hours for your scheduled event and can arrive up to an hour beforehand for set up and 30 minutes after the scheduled tent time for take down. Please note vehicles are not allowed past the parking lot and all unloading must be done by hand.
The party host must be at check in to check in all guests. Tanaka Farms is unable to check in guests for the host.
Help keep our farm clean! All trash and decoration MUST be disposed of before you leave. Otherwise, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
