Chicks and Sprout is a hands-on STEM workshop geared for kids Pre-K to 3rd grade.
During the workshop, kids will pick a veggie from the field, plant a seed to take home and grow, learn about and see the development process of a fertile chicken egg. At the end of the lesson, kids will get to meet the lovely chickens that lay our eggs at the Tanaka Coop! This is an ideal program for homeschoolers, scouts, clubs and groups!
Book your group online Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and some Saturdays through August!

Requirements: 8 kids & 1 adult minimum, 72 hour notice requirement to arrange workshop and staffing
Cost: $25 per child, $5 per adult
Duration: Approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes
