REFUND POLICY: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund regardless of the time of booking. Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to start time are not eligible for refund. You may receive a credit for future use up to 2 hours before your reservation time.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you or any members of your party fail to attend your scheduled activity without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued, as the space has been reserved specifically for you

Animals are NOT ALLOWED at the farm. Only ADA service animals are allowed and will be screened at the entrance. "Therapy Animals" and "Emotional Support Animals" are not protected under ADA law and therefore not permitted at Hana Field.

All guests, adults and children, are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful towards staff as well as other guests. Children must be supervised at all times. Tanaka Farms reserves the right to prohibit any activity that it determines may be harmful or disruptive, in its sole and absolute discretion. Tanaka Farms further reserves the right to deny admission, prevent entry, or require a person already admitted to leave any property, facility, or any party thereof, without refund, liability, or compensation, or other appropriate action(s) for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal,or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security, or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.

By entering into Hana Field in Costa Mesa by Tanaka Farms, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, and tapes, for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known, or hereafter devised, for eternity. By entering, you release Tanaka Farms, LLC, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Tanaka Farms, LLC, shall not be held responsible or legally liable for any loss of property to self or others.
