A 3-hour rental of one of our shaded party tents with wooden picnic tables that seats up to 60 people and a private U-Pick Farm Tour with access to Barnyard Educational Exhibit animals. 15 guest minimum is required. Children 2 & under are free.

What does it include?

A Tent Rental at Tanaka Farms includes: A shaded tent that can hold up to 60 guests and a trash can. It includes a total of 11 wooden picnic tables and benches for your guests. You will receive 3 hours for your scheduled event and can arrive up to an hour beforehand for set up and 30 minutes after the scheduled tent time for take down. Please note vehicles are not allowed past the parking lot and all unloading must be done by hand. 

With every Tent Rental a minimum of 15 paid pickers are required for a U-Pick Tour. Our items picked on the tour vary on what’s in season and are subject to change due to crop availability.

A guided tour around the farm is included and is typically around 45 minutes to an hour long. We will provide one of our friendly tour guides to take you and your guests around the farm on a Wagon Ride, and pick items depending on what’s in season and also learn about what we grow and our different growing methods. Lastly, you’ll get to visit our farm animals at our Barnyard Exhibit.

Terms & Policies

You may decorate but please bring all supplies needed. Tanaka Farms is unable to provide any assistance with decorations. Confetti is not allowed.
The party host must be at check in to check in all guests. Tanaka Farms is unable to check in guests for the host.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks but please no full-service catering. We do not have refrigeration or electricity in the tents.
Candles on cakes must be immediately immersed in water!
Inflatable jumpers, pinatas, alcohol, cooking, silly string, and loud music are NOT permitted.
Help keep our farm clean! All trash and decoration MUST be disposed of before you leave. Otherwise, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. A trash can will be provided.
The tented area is not secure. Do not leave any valuables behind. Tanaka Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
